Circuit Training
A series of exercises using all the equipment, including free weights, ball and bands. The format is done in a one-minute circuit for each exercise.

Foam Roller Workshop
Learn to use a foam roller to prevent injury, improve mobility and flexibility. Foam rollers available to first 4 registrants. Class is spent doing exercises on the floor level, so attendees need to be able to support their body weight during the activities.

T'ai Chi Beginning
