Beat Osteoporosis through Nutrition and Exercises for Strength. Strength training improves bone health, posture, balance, and the ability to do everyday activity. Learn practical tips for a healthy diet that supports your strength and fitness. We use a variety of progressive strength training methods including exercise machines, resistance tubing, free weights, and body-weight exercises. Taught by a certified personal trainer.

Advanced strength progressions and agility will be combined for that extra push you need.

Jump Rope Intro Class
Fundamental jump rope class. Come learn new tricks with a jump rope to show your friends. Improve cardiovascular health, flexibility, and coordination by participation in one of the fastest growing sports in the world. Coach Susahnn, former camp counselor and Playworks Coach, will positively engage children through jump rope activities while practicing balance and coordination. Rope included with first session.

MS Movers
Using corrective exercise techniques and motor learning sequencing, this class can help improve walking gait, reduce spasticity, and increase muscular strength in all the right places. Class participants must be able to walk with a walker, trekking poles, or a cane and stand continuously for 5 or more minutes assisted or unassisted.
