Medical Exercise - CancerFit
An exercise program for adult cancer survivors of all fitness levels. Work with a Certified Personal Trainer with specialized training from the Cancer Fitness Institute. The trainer oversees aspects of the exercise regimen, which aids in recovery and general fitness during and after treatments. Participants receive a pre-and-post fitness assessment, an individualized fitness plan based on personal goals and medical challenges, a 12-week exercise class, and an Apex Center pass valid during the 12-week program for independent training. You must register in person at the Apex Center.

Medical Exercise - Walk with Ease
The Arthritis Foundation Walk with Ease program is an evidence-based program for people with arthritis and other ongoing health issues. Learn how to get started walking safely and stick with it. New Mommy Core & Floor
A progressive, restorative 8-week series to help new moms build a solid foundation to return to exercise safely alongside other new moms. The programming will guide you through pelvic floor essentials with an aim to prevent organ prolapse and pelvic floor dysfunction, restore abdominal strength and integrity, and develop strategies to build strength and stability. Best suited for mothers 6 weeks - 6 months postpartum. Participants are strongly encouraged to schedule a personal training session with the instructor prior to class. Participants bring their own yoga mat, towel, and water.

This popular and fun conditioning program utilizes spring-loaded equipment to provide resistance. Pilates develops muscle strength and flexibility in the entire body with a strong focus on balance, stability, and posture. Pilates Equipment Express
A private lesson is required if you are new to Pilates Reformer. This popular conditioning program develops muscle strength in the “powerhouse” abdominal, hip, and back muscles. The Pilates Reformer machine challenges the core muscles while focusing on strength, flexibility, and balance for a total body workout. Class utilizes the Reformer, Tower, Chair, and small props. Rock Climbing Mountain Goats
This class is designed for intermediate climbers. Instructors work with students to build confidence and teach more advanced climbing techniques for challenging climbs including overhangs, chimneys, and climbs with limited holds.

Rock Climbing Mountain Lions
