Circuit Training
A series of exercises using all the equipment, including free weights, balls, and bands. The format is done in a one-minute circuit for each exercise.

Foam Roller Workshop
Learn to use a foam roller to prevent injury and improve mobility and flexibility. Class is spent doing exercises on the floor level, so attendees need to be able to support their body weight during the activities.

Medical Exercise - N' Balance

Medical Exercise - Therapeutic T'ai Chi
For beginners and those who have increased difficulty with balance, fatigue, and flexibility. This mindful movement can also reduce stress and increase relaxation. It's also good for those who have arthritis or diabetes. Instructor Patti Douglas is trained in Therapeutic T'ai Chi for arthritis and diabetes.
