B.O.N.E.S Plus
Beat Osteoporosis through Nutrition and Exercises for Strength.
Strength training improves bone health, posture, balance, and the ability to do everyday activity. Taught by a certified personal trainer. Class is designed for B.O.N.E.S participants who have completed at least 3 months in class. Limited to 8 participants. Advanced strength progressions and agility will be combined for that extra push you need.

Medical Exercise - B.O.N.E.S
Beat Osteoporosis through Nutrition and Exercises for Strength. Strength training improves bone health, posture, balance, and the ability to do everyday activities. Learn practical tips for a healthy diet that supports your strength and fitness. We use a variety of progressive strength training methods including exercise machines, resistance tubing, free weights, and body-weight exercises.

Medical Exercise - MS Movers
Using corrective exercise techniques and motor learning sequencing, this class can help improve walking gait, reduce spasticity, and increase muscular strength in all the right places. Class participants must be able to walk with a walker, trekking poles, or a cane and stand continuously for 5 or more minutes assisted or unassisted.

Medical Exercise - Walk with Ease
The Arthritis Foundation Walk with Ease program is an evidence-based program for people with arthritis and other ongoing health issues. Learn how to get started walking safely and stick with it. Classes start with a health education session followed by stretching and a 10-35 minute walk on the indoor track or outdoor trail system.
