Description:
A 4-week routine designed for those members with a baseline fitness level who want a program written out for them without the hassle of a virtual or in-person training sessions. Program Design can complement a current workout routine, help clients return to a fitness program, or help with accountability. Client and trainer will go over the Program Design virtually, with occasional check-ins. Flexible scheduling available. No equipment necessary. Must complete an online ParQ form before beginning.
